How are you dealing with them?

At times, life can seem like it is full of problems. There is drama at every turn. All we want is some peace and quiet yet it never seems to come.

It doesn't have to be this way.  There is a different perspective you can take.

You don't have any problems.

We only have problems if we focus on the fact that we have them. This doesn't we walk away from things happening in our lives. 

It does mean that we take a different perspective. It involves recognizing that this isn't a problem. It is a lesson.

What is the lesson within your struggle?
How can you use the lesson to achieve what you truly desire?

Exercise:

a. Spend 10 to 15 minutes writing down the problems you are facing right now in your life.


b. Now take each problem and right out true reason why you are facing it right now - i.e. The lesson.
    The lesson should be from loving positive perpsective.

c. What can you start working on immediately to start living one of the lessons you found.
