1. Exercise 3 times a week.
One of the most powerful ways to clear your mind of negative thoughts and watch your self esteem skyrocket high in the sky is to get physically active.

Are you finding it hard to get motivated to go for walk, run or get to the gym?
Does it seem like too big of a task to take on based on the situation you are in?

A 10-15 minute walk a few times a week is a great start. Then you can work your way up to 3-4 times a week gradually.
