Do you believe that change is your friend?

So many people are afraid of change.  Change is the one consistent thing in our life.

Take a look in the mirror and then take a look at pictures of you at five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-five years old. The reality is you are changing. You are always changing.

The mileage on your car changes every time you drive it.

The amount of food in your fridge changes every time you eat something from it.

If you are into sports, the players on your favorite teams will change.

Change can sometimes feel good and sometimes feel bad.

It can be exciting or it can make you mad. Your perception of change will drive how you deal with it.

We are constantly evolving in our life. We can choose to make transformational changes which start from within. The sooner you come to the realization of this, the sooner you can live your life with more freedom and acceptance of change.
